Port Canaveral’s newest arrival is Royal Caribbean’s “Harmony of the Seas!” Its maiden voyage was on May 29th, 2016 out of Port Everglades and remained there until now. On May 6th, 2019 the Harmony of the Seas will depart from Port Canaveral where it will now call its home port.
The Harmony of the Seas is the 2nd largest cruise ship in the world in tonnage but It is the longest by just over 3 ft. It has 2747 staterooms with a passenger capacity of 6687. It is approximately 20% more fuel efficient the its sister Royal Caribbean vessels.
Harmony of the Seas was named #4 best Cruise Ship overall by Cruisers Choice Awards for 2019.

As the longest cruise ship the Harmony of The Seas has so much to do and see that there is something for everyone. It offers 7 different “neighborhoods” including Central Park and Boardwalk similar to Royal Caribbean’s Oasis of the Seas. There are 20 different dining venues and a large theater that seats 1400.
There are 23 pools throughout the ship along with water slides and surfing simulators. The beauty of the ship can be seen throughout as there are 11252 different works of art displayed.
